Entering the 2016-17 NBA season, the Washington Wizards put a strong emphasis on enhancing their game night experience. 3 Point was brought in to perform a Fan Experience Assessment in the first few weeks of the season so the Wizards could have an industry expert put a fresh set of eyes on their show. The result of the assessment was a series of short, mid and long term recommendations the Wizards could utilize to enhance game night at Verizon Center. On the heels of the assessment, 3 Point worked with the Wizards again to assist the organization develop their approach to theme night programming and entertainment.
