Associate Producer, Digital Content

DESCRIPTION: Create, concept, and collaborate on digital content assets for 3PT events & marketing. Work with the 3PT Creative Director, Producers and content production team to manage internal branding and project based digital content.

KEY GOALS: Support with creation and coordination of digital assets on an event-by-event basis, working within client and partner brand guidelines specific to each project. Support 3PT scope of event presentation execution with digital content creation. Support the enhancement and strengthen 3PT’s current branding, marketing and social media content.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Create Digital Event Presentation Assets:

· Understand utilization of digital surfaces and needs on an event-by-event basis, such as video boards, LED ribbons, scorer’s tables, stage surfaces and other digital surfaces specific to each event and/or venue

· Support Digital Content Producers with fulfillment of digital asset scope on an event-by-event basis, following the production calendar and target delivery timelines of content creation for select events

· Support Digital Content Producers and designated 3PT event leads along with project based external vendors to deliver on digital content scopes

Collaborate for Social Media & Branding Integration:

· Support content creation for 3PT’s social media platforms and contribute ideas for the social content calendar

· Support with maintenance and updating internal digital assets, such as the company website and digital deliverables

Assist on Event Creative:

· Contribute to 3PT team creative depth through internal brainstorms for events throughout the 3PT annual calendar

· Support with content capture for internal marketing purposes on an event-by-event basis

Preferred Qualifications:

· Graphic Design or Digital Content background

· Animated Graphic Design / 3D Design

· Video editing experience

· 1 to 3 years of Live Entertainment or Sports Production Experience

· Social media strategy or content creation

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Ability to work independently while still contributing toward team goals, self-motivated

· Exceptional organizational skills as it pertains to project management, folder, and file structure

· Ability to handle multiple projects at once with tight deadlines

 ** Sports & Live Entertainment production is not a traditional 9-5 and this candidate will be expected to work nights, weekends and travel as needed.

Target Start Date: December 1, 2025 (or sooner)

Salary: $50k
