Heading into the 2017-18 NBA season, the San Antonio Spurs were in a transition mode for their Game Presentation staff, with talented staff members in department roles, but an organizational desire for outsourced support in training and developing the staff as the season progressed. We worked closely with the team at the onset of the season to plan, develop and execute their season and game-by-game planning, providing feedback and analysis at each game during the first month of the NBA season. We then returned later in the season to provide a check-in assessment and make additional recommendation for the next phase of department growth.
